Good practices for ensuring accessibility in doctoral entities
👥Below are the profiles of Our panelists:
🟠dr. inż. Vitalii Bondariev – Specialist in universal design, is an employee of Lublin University of Technology at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He is a graduate of the same department, where he completed his doctoral degree in electrical engineering in 2018. In 2021, he participated in the project entitled. “Universal Design at Lublin University of Technology” (contract no. POWR.03.05.00-00-PU32/19-00), implemented under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development. She is currently teaching the subject Interdisciplinary and Prosocial Design, where she focuses on designing induction loops for the hard of hearing and floor dynamic evacuation control systems that take into account the needs of people with disabilities.
🟠mgr Marta Bracha – Account Manager at Elsevier in the field of engineering. Trained as an economist and social anthropologist. She has been with Elsevier publishing for 5 years, and has been advising technical universities in Europe on electronic information resources for 3. In particular, engineering databases on the Engineering Village platform and the Knovel platform used in engineering research and teaching
🟠mgr Katarzyna Fedejko-Kaflowska – Member of the Board of Directors of the KRD for Counteracting Exclusion in the term 2023 and 2024; PhD student at the Doctoral School of the Bronislaw Czech University of Physical Education in Krakow. Teaching fellow at the Department of Physical Rehabilitation at the Institute of Applied Sciences.
🟠mgr Justyna Gumulak – PhD student of the fourth year at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Lodz. She is preparing her doctoral dissertation in the discipline of political science and administration. Graduate of law (WPiA UŁ, 2021) and Asian studies (WSMiP UŁ, 2022). Manager of two research projects: PRELUDIUM 21 and IDUB for doctoral students. She has experience in conducting training courses for the doctoral community, which she has implemented several times in recent years. Scholarship holder of the 16th edition of the Scientific Scholarship of the Marshal of the Lodz Voivodeship.
