Forms of support for doctoral students with disabilities and foreign doctoral students in academia
👥Below are the profiles of Our panelists:
🟠mgr Przemysław Mroczkowski (University of Warsaw) – Doctoral student, assistant at the UW Faculty of Law and Administration, chairman of the UW Doctoral Student Self-Government (2021-2023), plenipotentiary of the Board of the National Representation of Doctoral Students for educational quality and member of the KRD Doctoral Student Ombudsman Team.
🟠dr Anna Gutowska-Ciolek – Doctor of Humanities, special educator, andragogist, gerontologist, educator, trainer. Assistant Professor in the Department of Andragogy and Social Gerontology at the Faculty of Education Sciences, University of Lodz. Head of the Academic Support Center of the University of Lodz. Author of publications in the field of andragogy, including special andragogy, social gerontology, geragogy, including special geragogy, among others in the area of informal education, special didactics, inclusive education, mental and intellectual disabilities of adults, including the elderly. She has participated in more than 100 scientific conferences, including international conferences. Has extensive experience in academic work, but also in practice with people with disabilities (including many years of working with people with mental disorders). Implementer of trainings, workshops on issues related to disabilities, mental disorders, adult learning, mental health hygiene, and soft skills, among others.
🟠mgr. Pawel Robak – Acting Director – Center for Activation of People with Disabilities of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.
🟠mgr Monika Wilanowska – Lawyer, doctoral student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Lodz, Chairperson of the University Council of Doctoral Students’ Self-Government at the University of Lodz, 2nd Deputy Ombudsman of the National Representation of Doctoral Students. Author of scientific publications in the field of administrative law. Legal coordinator in the project Enabled in Science.
